Take public transportation to Taipei Main Station or Taipei City Hall 
Bus Station, then transfer to a bus or train to "N.M.M.S.T. Station."

     of Marine Science and Technology): Board at "Keelung Station," 
      "Cheng Huang Temple Station," or "Ruifang Station,"
  Alight at "Diaohe Market Station."  or "N.M.M.S.T. Station."

Take National Highway 1 north to Route 62, exit at 16B towards 
Badouzi,or follow Route 2 towards Keelung, turn in front of the 
main building of the N.M.M.S.T. on Beining Road Lane 446.
